Nokia announced that it will pay $410 million to buyout the remaining shares of Symbian. Meanwhile,nokia stated that will make code Open Source and together with AT&T, LG Electronics, Samsung Electronics, STMicroelectronics, Texas Instruments and Vodafone they plan to establish the Symbian Foundation
